If you have ever been interested in aviation and have never flown in a general aviation airplane, then EAA 66 welcomes the opportunity to introduce you to the wonderful world of aviation. We typically fly a dozen Young Eagles on the first Sunday of each month from our location at our clubhouse; where we also host a fly-in/pancake breakfast. Click on Location for directions.

The Young Eagle program is designed to introduce children ages 11-17 to general aviation. EAA 66 holds a Young Eagle rally the first Sunday of the month as part of our Pancake Breakfast. The program is free-of-charge thanks to the generosity of our pilots and ground crew. These Young Eagle rallies depend on our volunteer pilots and good weather; flights may be cancelled without notice.

Safety:

Once you are through the gate drive directly to the clubhouse; airplanes have priority over cars and only drive through the stop sign (after stopping) if the area is clear. Parents must supervise and are responsible for their children at all times. You are requested to remain at or around the clubhouse at all times. A volunteer must accompany you if you want to look at airplanes across the road from the clubhouse. For insurance purposes, a coordinator must dispatch all flights.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
