Roni Hipp

In 30 years of coaching at the Division I college level as well as High School level, Hipp has accumulated 493 Head coaching wins. Being only 7 wins away the 500 win mark, Hipp has emerged as one of the top athletic coaches in Riverdale history. Among her coaching accomplishments are 2018 News-Press Coach of the Year and a 2 time TAAC Coach of the Year. Hipp led the Raiders to a District Championship in 2008 and 2018.


Hipp attended the University of Florida, Texas Tech University, and is also a Riverdale High School alumna.


Hipp is from North Olga, Florida and enjoys playing volleyball in her free time. She is married to her husband Mike. She has 1 daughter, Brayden, and 1 son, Cade.

Pam Barry and Ginger Ribinski

Barry was born and raised in Florida. She is class of 1975 Riverdale graduate and attended Edison Community College. She has been coaching Riverdale swimming and Swim Florida for more than 30 years. Barry is a 2-time News-Press Swim Coach of the Year (2005, 2014) and was also selected as Riverdale High School Coach of the year in 2015.

Barry has been married for 45 years and has 2 children as well as 3 grandchildren. During her free time Barry enjoys spending time with grandchildren, reading, visiting lighthouses, woodworking, watching old western films and the Golden Girls.

Skyler Dennis

Dennis is from Boaz, AL. He attended Boaz High School, Gulf Coast Community College and Auburn University. Dennis played golf for Gulf Coast C.C. for 2 years and graduated from Auburn University with a degree in education. Throughout his career Dennis has coached volleyball, golf, soccer, and basketball. He is entering his 7th year teaching/coaching athletics and 3rd year as Head coach of the golf team. Dennis also serves as Riverdale's Assistant Athletic Director.

Dennis is married to his wife, Alexis. In his free time he enjoys playing sports and exercise, reading, traveling and eating at new pizza restaurants.

Golf, Girls

Nick Joyner

Joyner is entering his rookie season as the Girl’s golf coach. He attended Texas Christian University where he received his degree in Political Science. He also earned his Law degree from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law.


Joyner is from Montgomery, Texas. His parents live in Fort Myers, and he has an older brother and younger sister. In his free time Joyner enjoys outdoor activities, golf and reading.

Rachel Marshall

Marshall is entering her 2nd year coaching boys and girls bowling. She led the girls team to the state playoffs in 2019 and led individual players to the state playoffs in 2019 & 2020.


Marshall attended Cypress Lake High School Center for the Arts. She also attended Palm Beach Atlantic University where she majored in Art Education.


Marshall is from Kalamazoo, MI but was raised in Southwest Florida. In her free time Marshall enjoys singing karaoke, bowling and making jewelry. She is married, has a 2 year old son. They have 1 dog and 1 cat.

Robert Giles Jr.

Giles is entering his 10th year coaching basketball, his 7th at the high school level and his 1st as head coach. Giles has coached basketball 7 years in Lee County School District.

Giles graduated from South Fort Myers High School in Fort Myers and will earn his Bachelor's degree in December 2021. 

Giles' mother and father also work as part of the Lee County School District, and his father, Robert Giles Sr., coaches varsity basketball for Gateway High School. In his free time Giles enjoys playing and coaching basketball.

Delair Osnac

Coach Osnac served in the United States Marine Corp and graduated with a Bachelor's in Business at AIU. 

Weightlifting, Girls

Jessica Beall

Beall has 15 years of coaching experience at the high school and club levels, and she will be entering her 3rd year as Girls' Weightlifting Coach. Beall is from Youngstown, Ohio, and she earned her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Mount Union and Master's Degree from Walsh University.

Beall has been married for 5 years and has a 2 year old son, Bryce. In her free time she enjoys getting involved with Riverdale High School and spending time with family and friends.

Soccer, Boys

Nadir Soliman

Soliman will be entering his 2nd year as Head Coach with 26 years of High School and club coaching experience. He has led teams to several semi-final and finals appearances. He was selected 4 times as Lake Erie League Coach of the Year. Soliman has served as the All-Star game coach in the Greater Cleveland area and the Southwest Florida All-Star game. He is a member of the Riverside High School Coaches Hall of Fame. While at Riverdale Soliman led the Boys' Soccer team to 18th ranked 6A school in the state of Florida.

Soliman is from Cleveland, Ohio where he attended Valley Forge High School and Cuyahoga College. In his free time Soliman enjoys playing soccer, ping pong, and volleyball.

Soliman is married to his wife Christina. They have two boys, Nathan and Jonathan.

Alicia Forte

Forte has been coaching soccer for 10 years throughout her career. She coached 4 years for women's soccer at Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts, and will be entering her 1st year as Riverdale Girls Head Soccer Coach. 

Forte earned her Bachelor's and Master's degree in business in 2011 at Bentley University and is the current Associate Director for KPMG International. 

In her free time Forte enjoys traveling, boating and fishing. She also spends part of her free time playing soccer with her 4 year old dog, Sanibel.

Bob Pringle, Baseball

Bob Pringle

Pringle is from Miami, FL. He attended Miami Southwest High School and Maryville College where he played football and baseball. Pringle is a veteran teacher and coach with 29 years of experience. He began his career coaching at Maryville College in Tennessee from 1992-93. Pringle started his coaching career at Riverdale in 1994 with baseball and his currently serving as Head Coach. Pringle has also coached golf (3 years) and football (12 years) during his tenure at Riverdale. 

Pringle has a wife, Brandie, a son, Trey, and a daughter, Cassie. In his free time Pringle enjoys fishing.
