Scott Cook
Principal
Scott Cook was born and raised in East Fort Myers. After graduating from Riverdale High School in 1991, he went on to attend Florida State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics Education. He then returned to Fort Myers with his degree and a beautiful wife. He is also the father of two perfect daughters who both followed the family tradition of attending Riverdale High School.
Mr. Cook’s desire to teach and work with kids is what drew him to Estero High School as a Mathematics Teacher in 1997. He then earned his Master’s Degree and became an Assistant Principal in 2003. In the summer of 2008, he became the principal of Varsity Lakes Middle School and in 2014 he became the principal of Cape Coral High School. In 2016, Mr. Cook returned home to be the proud principal of Riverdale High School. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, going to Raider events, camping, fishing, and just generally being outdoors.
